Principal photography is wrapped for Red 71. Ken is now a produced writer and I am hungover. The final shot concluded at 10:15 PM PST and those involved in the last day’s shoot arrived at the wrap party a bit after 11:00PM. We closed the Shanty at 2AM and left for the Grill to get some grub. I ordered a sirloin hamburger and tatertots – never touched them. We talked about how much fun it had been shooting Red and how we were looking forward to the next project, whatever that may be. I won’t be nearly as involved in post-production, but I will pass along information as I get it. Patrick is hopeful to have a print for the Sundance deadline in November. I intend on holding him to it.
